We apply anodizing to aluminum alloys to increase resistance to oxidizing agents and improve surface hardness. In the case of technical applications, we use controlled-thickness variants or hard anodizing, suitable for components subject to cyclic stresses or harsh environments.
We use electrolytic or hot dip galvanizing on unalloyed and alloyed steels, depending on the end use. We select the treatment according to the required thickness, operating environment, and part geometry. We ensure adhesion, uniformity and compatibility with functional tolerances.
At the customer’s request, through our network, we can have specific treatments performed to improve aesthetic appearance or compatibility with other cycles:
